1)    Eat Comfort Foods.

Food can be comforting, exotic and smells enticing. Pick your partner’s favorite comfort food and prepare a meal around it. While you may not love cooking, take in works too. If you are not the primary cook, your partner will enjoy the break anyway! Keep a bottle of wine around (if you drink) and some sweets in case you decide to eat dessert in the bedroom. Try not to over eat heavy carbs or drink too much alcohol as it will decrease your sexual appetite and performance!
 

2)    Give your partner a massage.

Our bodies usually love to be touched! Spend at least 10 minutes giving your partner a neck, head, or foot massage. Play some quiet music, use a good massage lotion and touch your lover with love and tenderness. It is a wonderful way to help them de-stress and makes them feel spoiled.
 

3)    Do some of the chores without being asked!

Take some of the “to do’s” off of your partner’s list and let them relax! When your partner has fewer tasks to do, they will have more energy for themselves and for sex. Tell your partner in advance, so that they can plan some personal time.
For example:   a) do some of the laundry and put it away
                           b) Bathe and dress the kids for bed
                           c) Clean up the kitchen after dinner
 

4) Give your partner a hot bath!

Nothing is more relaxing than soaking your sore muscles in a hot, steamy bath with bath salts or bubbles, candles and soft music. You might want to ask to join your partner after a while to have some love in the tub!
 

5)    Give your partner an orgasm!

Yes, it can be all about them for a change. Sex is a great stress reliever and giving your partner a night that is all about them will be a fabulous gift that keeps on giving. Make sure that you have everything you need ready (food,lubes,toys,music,candles,a blindfold?) and allow at least an hour of time with the door locked to make sure that they are fully satisfied! This time is all about them and you will be their love hero.
